Can't leave this conferance with nothing to show. I did a bunch of knives to fend off cabin fever.

Steve-
Nice to see you using Buck blades 503 Steel made right here in the U.S.A. and not that cheap china crap.
It is hard to find steel products from here now a days, I am fixin up a new winch and mostly seeing the components I need that are made over there. :( :?:

The last picture is really a work of art. Both the knife and the picture. I like it!

I recently found out that even some Buck Knives are made in China... That sure is disappointing.

Thanks Leonard!

Steve, I sure like the looks of the knives. I am thinking of making a set of grips for my S&W Chief. Just need to get it done.

Good job.

Steve,
I think that a polished slab of quartz gold would be pretty sweet for a handle. It may be too fragile though? Hope to see you one of these days buddy.

Matt... not to fragile at all, just way to much $$$$$$$. Come on up sometime, the new man cave is a nice place to hang! Bring a knife and I will do it on the spot! Bring one of your speci's and we can use it!

Steve,
I have been planning on calling you to come up, but this project has been dragging on a little longer than I thought. I won't have work until the end of May at the soonest. That leaves me a lot of time to detect and catch up on other stuff. I look forward to checking out the cave. Can you still get the knife kits that you made a couple handles for? That would make a pretty special piece. Talk to you soon. Hopefully we can get in a hunt up on the divide.
