Thanks for the kind sentiments Russ. I like winter mining also as you've seen over the years but older now so should be interesting???John

Well my 5 in. subbie is starting to get going now! Plans drawn and gathering parts now! It will be a little different than the Schmidt or the Gould subbies.

Beav the 5 inch subbie idea was scrapped due to the lack of energy on my part!

Thinking about lack of energy..........I had a unscheduled Dr. appointment yesterday and I got the preliminary results today.............I some how got some pressure on my right Optic nerve and my vision in that eye has been reduced about 20-30%...some how the blood flow to that Optic never was partially blocked and caused my eye to be partially out of focus and bright lights flash bright and sparkely now. I'm tring to get a appointment to see a eye specialist to determine if anything can be done to circumvent this..........I guess all I can do now is wait and "see" if theres anyway out of this.

Ahhh the fun of ole' body parts getting fatigued or simply worn out. Seems like every day I wake
up I have a new ache or pain or wart or somethin' that I never had the day before!
