Yep Trev Ive been dredging up there for maybe 5 years and ALWAYS had a good time with Leonard. Only been down on the Arkansas claim 1 time with You, Leonard , Ed ,and others I also had a good.... That fish you brought up and cooked for us was great! Maybe next year we could talk Leonard into going up to DC for 1 more good time! the last time I was up at DC they had the big fire and we got chased out after 2 days of dredging. Reed Lukens meet us in Larime Wyoming and wanted to go back in and dredge but we were so tired we just wanted to get a shower and go to sleep . we went home the third day! they called that fire "the squirrel creek fire"

i spent some time on douglas creek in august saw nobody on beans and bacon but a moose to bad you guys don't come out any more

Yep ,I sure miss going there and seeing friends BUT my time has come and like Leonard , I'm not able to get around much as before . The time comes for everyone and my number has come up !

All I know Barney is ,after both knees replaced ,3 herniated vertebras in my lower back, both Rotator Cuffs repaired , bone on bone in both ankles and Arthritis every where else , I just don't get around like I used to !

Ya Russ I here ya , I'm mending up from a bone sper on the back of my foot ouch, The wife is asking about my adventures at D C maybe next year I'll take her out there, would be nice to get back, but from what i've heard that it won't look the same.
