Guys

I did want to make sure that everyone knows. I spoke with Jesse at Vic's today, he said, they have the legal issues behind them and are good to go for at least 5 more years. Just wanted to pass it along.

It turns out the BLM aint gone be managing lands no more in Gilpin County!!!????? Ridiculous, they have a huge list of small tracts of BLM land that are getting sold/traded to Gilpin Co. no joke, BLM lady told me today that all BLM lands in Gilpin are/will be no longer.
How stupid can they be? Wouldn't the point of keeping BLM land in such a locale be to preserve some of the un-dug hillslopes and forests? guess not....the richest square mile is gonna be polluted with more casinos, roads, man made pollution etc..
I'd like to buy some of that land for cheap like the county is getting....but thats out of the question too....
What a joke..
