Road still closed

The road to my Lefthand claim is still closed. The claim is about 5 miles up the road. There are 2 bridges that may be gone. Most of the roads near my home are now open.

With CO's lack of budget money for road construction, You'll be lucky to get 1/4 lane of pavement to the claim and may be only a dirt road at that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope they dont do what the greenies did here in Washington state!
Two years ago there were huge forest fires near Liberty Wa. All of the roads East of hwy 97, North of Ellensburg I-90 and South of Wenatchee I -2 going into the Nat. forest are closed for "sceinentific studies". The forest service people I talked with said they did not see the roads opening again any time soon! i.e. 5 to 10 years.
BTW the burn area is more than 100 square miles and has many claims and private property that you cannot get to.

The road to my claim is a highly used one so there is little chance that they won't fix it.
