Prospecting Arizona in the old days!

We as prospectors put up with a lot of adversity to do what we love too do, the environmentalists, BLM, the USFS, the ACOE and some people that seems too think we're crazy or destroying the world, but after reading this story written by a prospector in the Arizona Territory in the 1860s, we got it easy!!!

Amen...no superstores,no refrig,no air conditioning,no swamp cooler,no real medicines,no real doctors(just a few sawbones )no running water,no electricity or gas,no cars,motorcycles,no atvs,no radio, no tv, no briggs engines with nice pumps,no jackhammers,no case hardened steel, no nuttn' but back breaking labor in the ungodly heat with no respite in the midst a the sand,sun and sage brush and cactus....tough as leather is waaay short a description-They made america-John 8-)
