I tried the "delete cookies" earlier today and it seemed too not make much different that I could notice.
I never "delete cookies" on other websites/forums and don't seem to have any problems, if you have an old computer and a dial-up connection it may help as your computer has to load the cookies stored in your computer when you regularly visit various websites/forums, but if you have a fairly modern computer and connection I don't think it makes that much difference in load times.IMHO
The problems here seem to be server problems.
