CRITICAL MINERALS

I understand that there are a lot of products out there(nearly most)that require mined minerals. I understand that the United States require CRITICAL MINERALS in order to keep us safe from the wolves knocking at the door. Suppose a couple of guys uncover a large vein of graphene, #3 on the critical list. What does a guy do to make contact with a company or conglomerate that would be up to mining the graphene. We're gold miners! We don't have a clue what comes next. We have samples but what do we do with them? How do we make contact?
