SEARCING FOR A POST

I WAS TRYING TO FIND A POST WHERE THE LOCAL PEOPLE WERE MINING THE GARBAGE FROM SOME CITY IN SOUTH-CENTRAL AMERICA?
I DONT RECALL WHO POSTED OR IN WHAT INDEX IT WAS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
