I know i posted elsewhere,february issue ICMJ and read till ya vomit-John
This months ICMJ has a articulate article on the new rules. Walt Evans a detector shop owner there wrote a great synopsis with clickable links to every form and rule. Go to ICMJ.com and click on pic of latest issue and the article is viewable. Sickening 1/3 the permits allowed,all gone as must have already had permits,done by POINTS lottery based on past performances??? Then next year ALL NEW IF AT ALL. So don't plan on a dredge trip to Oregon,kalif or Idaho unless ya like to walk on the wild side-Thanx much Mr. Evans for the deconvalution-John

Not surprised with this. Most miners are very concerned on regs. getting much worse after this summer.
