Yes, I built that myself, amazing what the internet has on it. Will post pics later after I figure out how. :oops:Image There I guess i figured it out, YEA!!! :D Here are the rest.ImageImageImageImage I hope that maybe she'll float within the next week or two. ;)

Trick,

Nice lookin nozzle, nice job. Nice looking settup.

However, I think you may have problems with clogges at the fitting between your large hose (normally suction) and the flare.
Just an observation. Be prepared with some device to reach that spot.
We use a piece of 3/4" PVC with a cork in the end. The cork keeps the end from breaking.

could we get a look under the rubber mat? hehehe

is the nozzle from the pump end getting smaller? looks like you could loose some water flow, I'm just guessing I'm not any expert on this.

Over all it looks great!!! what is the total that you have in it at this point?

As far as the weight, I'm not quite sure, maybe 150# total. As far as losing flow, that reducing camlock is from 1.5"-1, so not to much loss. :? Now for a rundown on cost; Pump and Motor=200.00  killer deal on that, new P-180 impeller=105.00, T-80=50.00  , complete rebuild kit=130.00  , Floats and header=366.00, aluminum sluice channel=25.00 :D , riffles 37.50, steel for frame=25.00, camlock fittings=50.00, nozzle=51.00  ,pressure hose(intake)=15.00,(discharge)=30.00, suction hose(4"x15')=110.00, hose clamps=35.00, rubber and misc. hardware=50.00. My time and effort= PRICELESS. 4" Dredge with air=1280.00, I rounded up 0.50 cents. All I can say is that if you are patient and do your research, it's not that hard to build something yourself. :D :D :D

Great job 8-) looks pretty good, I hope it works well for you!!

I like the adjustability on your sluice as well, but may I suggest that you put some kind of "stops" at the top of the tubing in case the thumb screws vibrate loose, from what I see if that happens your sluice box will drop to the bottom of the stream.
