Enviromental nut job

Postby YellowFever » Mon Sep 06, 2010 7:18 pm

Hay guys, I had an nut case come to my dredge today when I was under water here is what I seen when I came out of the water! first thing I did was get my camera and take his picture! he then threaten me that I was guna pay for killing the fish in the river! I called 911 right then! he ran off! when the cop showed up he seem to be more on the environmentalist side! I told him that he threaten me he basically said "without saying" I should get a gun to protect myself! I'm dredging in the Ark about 5 miles North of Buena Vista.

Hopefully the guy is harmless, maybe just pissed someone is in his favorite fishing spot. My focus shifts from prospecting to hunting this time of year, but if this guy keeps showing up - post something. I have been meaning to head over that way one more time before the season is over. I can tend dredge or just be around while you are under.

What claim were you on? I just pulled out of the High Hopes this morning, tuesday. Between Ed and I, we were there almost 2 weeks.

Dr. Sluice found a hot spot on the High Hopes and it was really fun. Monday, I was watching black sand and gold going up the nozzle. If I wasn't so lazy, I would have gone up the hill to get the tripod and camera so I could have shown it.

Its an open claim on BLM land, anyway he didn't show up today but i found out that he called the park that Im staying at and complained about the dredgers(I think he was trying to get me and others tossed out!)

I will be here till the 16th then I have to go home and roof my parents house, before I leave to dig up some nuggets in Stanton area!! then off to the Philippines to hunt for Japanese treasure!!

CO_sluicer, if you want to come and have some fun I would love to have you! I think that H2O is going come up later this week, you can tend dredge or borrow my sluice!!! last guy that sluiced in the place that I'm at did really good! but it would be nice to have someone on top to keep an eye on things!

I like spotted owls,.......

Dipped in Exon oil. :D
I have done so much, with so little, for so long, that I am now qualified to do anything with nothing.
Now, I just have to find the time to put the dang thing together.

CAUTION********* even touching or leaning on a vehical is considered "on and upon" and you "could" get arrested for it!it depends on what was acctually done and the officers determination of whats going on...

From the looks of the whiteness of his legs, he probably spends a lot of time in an air conditioned office. "It's not fair, that guy is finding gold and not leaving any for me!." Or saying "What's that machine do, it probably shouldn't be in the water."
