wizz-banging or booming question

Postby Reno badboy » Mon Jan 24, 2011 12:30 am

Ok guys. Here's my question. Is wizz-banging or booming leagel to do in Cali.?? I've heard yes and no. The new 49'ers site is showing this process on their claims in Cali.. Wondering if this is viable to do on sandbars or what-ever. I am soooooo ready to get out and do something!!!!! :?: :?: :?: :? :? :?

300 ft from active waterway or stream.
I have done so much, with so little, for so long, that I am now qualified to do anything with nothing.
Now, I just have to find the time to put the dang thing together.

Goodluck with that, both of you. (Hoser and RB)

100 yards from active, I guess 300 feet is the same.
or just go for it and bring your CASH and LAWYER along. (That is how the new 49ers do it, just don't come back to us crying when the CDFG takes highbanking away from us all, as a result of it.) :x

Hey, just telling it how it is, no sugar coating or PROMOTING of any type on my part.
I know, I know, those "recreational" guys up there that paid their $3500 for membership, don't want to hear it, but oh F'N' well. :o

GPAA Show haven't been down for one of those in quite a while. Hoser, don't go get yourself escorted out.
Better yet maybe you should give'em your $3K so you can be a miner helping a miner.
and also get to dip your pan in the green slime, too.

No sugar needed for those guys, I admit I payed them $250 to get some river rock for landscaping, they have the whole frickin area claimed,The new 49rs consist of, lots a talk, things for sale, and lots of ego, met some people there that are now X,s in my life due to my personnel opinions of it all, if it wasn't for the river rock( big rounded flats of Granite :D ) it would have been a waste, but the $3500 to join their club.... :) :D    .,there's more gold in my teeth than all those claims together, There are much cheaper more rewarding places to B.S, and drink beer, I am still slightly amazed at the amount of damage done to the whole of prospecting by this club and the politics that surround it and the Klamath. This crap is why my claims witch have no salmon or anything to do with them is closed to dredging  I am keeping my Granite Basin claims but I am glad I am moving back to the SW.
