Thanks everyone for all the help finding him I will check into all the links. I hope everyone is doing well I've been out of touch for a while I hope to be able to follow the forum more regularly. Thanks again!
There is also a website named "The Wayback Machine that allows you to revisit old dead and long gone forums to glean pertinent info. The old GD site is just that also, a window into time, great to be back at DC gettn' my butt blown away and beat to a pulp with hail ---Great pics a Geno and the whole CCC also......kudos Leonard nuttn' but respect for preservation--John
Hi Russ its been awhile got caught up in the job you know. Here's a pic of the original cross Eldorado made for me. I contacted him and he's going to make me another. Thanks everyone
I was offered the site and chose not to further it as once Tom was gone so was the sites soul and mentor. Just like this one, once Leonard is gone it will no longer be what it is,just almost what it once was...Why waste my time for folks 99% who don't appreciate squat, till it's long gone. John
The troubleshooter behind the scenes was Tom Ashworth. He fixed most problems. The software provider, DC Forum, went out of business and no longer supported it and there was no conversion software available to convert it to a more modern software. All of this happened about the same time I switched to this software. I am running an older version of DC Forum on my old forum. Thats why I left it setup as an archive only. When I have a problem with it, it will probably go away also leaving the only old version on the way back machine.
