Joe, before I send in paperwork...is that one page for each quarter-section claim with PLSS legal description for boundary? Or do I need to break each one into 1/4 of 1/4 with descriptors and file each one on its own separate sheet? I think that what the recorder's office was trying to tell me was that I could give meridian, township, range and section. Then designate SE, NE, SW, or NW as the descriptor for that quarter section. And do it all on a single recorded page. Does that sound right? Actually, this is a location notice (discovery) which will be converted into claims as soon as rental is paid. Some is strictly placer, some is both placer and lode. The good thing about Alaska claims is that one claim covers both placer and lode. Any of you old folks wanna start your own gold mining show in Alaska? (I need a couple of good dozer operators)

Must start small and build up the recovery. Plan on starting with a couple of skid steers feeding a model 10 GoldMachine

Geez, Micro,

You "...Plan on starting with a couple of skid steers feeding a model 10 GoldMachine...

For me it was a trowel and a pan working up to a long handled shovel. Now that's going from small to ..................

I think he's talking about Bobcat type machines. Not only handy, but fun too!
