New fees

Postby golden optimist » Thu Jul 19, 2012 12:04 pm

I received this letter from the BLM 7/18/2012. It explains the new fees that are upcoming. It looks like it going to poke the association claims if you don't go with the waiver. Sorry that it's a pdf but I had trouble scanning it.

It looks like it could be time to break up association claims and file then individually using the waiver.

Man that is a real kick in the butt.
A person that files for a claim takes all the risk and if it doesn't pay, Tuff stuff!
On top of that they get you again when you go to sell your poke with income tax.
Not much doubt that they want all the public out of public lands.

this is probly os way of circumventing the 1866/1872 mining laws, which by the way, they dont care for to begin with and would like to either do away with or change so they can print more worthless money!either way o is running our Country into the ground before he/ polosy/ mccaskil get the boot!

Just have to make sure you have less than 10 claims, then you can still have the waiver.

Reno, its not the Country that can KMA, its the people ,the socalled "representatives"that are running it into the ground that can KMA!and all the people that dont/wont lift a finger to help stop it, or even care enough even to look up and see whats going on!

Here is the official press release from the BLM...

http://www.blm.gov/wo/st/en/info/newsro ... _2012.html

As long as everyone on the claim owns fewer than 10 claims, this change will not affect you. However, we can all see the trend and can imagine where it takes mining claim owners in the years to come...
