I'll admit it. I watch them every week. The show is very frustrating because they rarely show us what we want to see...gold-laden cleanups and nuggets. They focus on stupid drama and fabricated storylines. But regardless, I watch it. Usually with the fast-forward button in full control to skip things.

My favorite part of watching it? My teenage son likes it. And watching that show has made him want to dredge with me. And some of his friends want to dredge with me. And co-workers (and their kids) now want to dredge with me. Awareness of gold mining is way up. Can that be wrong?
