Oregon Dredge Rules

Postby Hoser John » Thu Feb 06, 2014 6:47 am

Online or in the magazine is a great article by a Detector shop owner named Mike Evans. He has taken much time collecting all info and related clickable links to get you every horrible form, fact and assist you in the process. Permits gone for the year, done by some insane lottery based on past performances and multi permits needed in 95% of the MINISCULE area open to those whom have already dredged Oregon. Capped at 850 and 1/3 of last years sales. All this goes away next year to get even tighter ,if even existant at all. Don't plan on a dredging trip to Oregon,Kalif or Idaho unless you don't care. Anyhow fantastic job done and what a convaluted read. Copywritten materials so can't post but go to ICMJ.com click on pic of latest issue and article will be there. -John :?

To start off with, this cap is a violation of the 1872 mining laws,a violation of your and my rights given to us by Congress for EVERY American! most people wont even hear of this or do anything about it other than pzz-n-moan untill these socalled "representatives" of ours dabble in someone elses way of life! then its katy bar the door, i need help right now! and how come nobody knew of this. and what are you going to do about this ,we need to fight! my reply to them is,"where the heck were you while all of this was going on! what did you do to keep informed of it and try to stop it!
