Still don't know whether dredging is on again.

The state has not begun selling permits. Not sure where they will go with the ruling.
My bet, this is not over court ruling wise. We (the miners) will be back in court at some point.

I hear that the state is taking it to the CA Supreme Court for appeal. Still fighting the ruling. Really sad that they feel that mining and miners are no longer acceptable in CA.

These folks only see the world as they want it to be. No one else has a voice or an alternative view that they wil consider. It's their way or no way!!!!!

Because if this "Law" get thrown out because the fed law trumps it. CA is in deep dodo there are a lot of law and regs that will also be challenged.
