That's amazing...finding one that size and right in plain sight. Wow!

Reminds me of the one I found in the local Walmart parking lot right next to a Caddie's rear tire. Just gotta keep your eyes open wide. Cheers!

Back in 89,my first full summer here in Redding, I found my biggest nugget of the year also. On the side of the hill,laying between grape vine roots whilst I was aaaaa doing my morning duty and as I sat I just looked over and in plain sight was a righteous 3.4 dwt. panther head shaped nugget with a eyehole and open mouth with fangs. DAZZLER,I made a pendent out of it and gave it to my sister in law. Now outlaw and the byatch hocked it :twisted: Anyhow pays to keep your eyes open-John

Now that you guys mention eyeballing nuggets, I also remember eyeballing a few. The only problem I had with this is that they were already in Harry's hand. :roll:
