OMG hazardous water discharge and illegal removal of water from a river in conjunction with a noisy gas guzzling smoke billowing generator to ruin the petite fishermens experience
for shame sir
for shame. How dare you try to have a life in their woods...........

I ain't complaining about the roads condition,Harry, although the width leaves a bit of room for improvement. No way am I pulling a trailer over the top, past the campground.
And I dipped water with a bucket for my old Maytag. Can you think of a more efficient way to wash large volumes of moss?

Small trommel with larger than normal lips on both ends, run flat with good sized rocks and good to go as you had a generator onboard. Works good for that particular idea- John

I really needed a finger-type mortar mixer to shred clumps of grass roots. Those fibers are natural flood gold collectors. But too tough to break up enough on the river bank. The few I brought home are yielding 1/4 oz each.

Now, I'd call that "Real Miners Moss"
Sounds like you have a plan!
