More Golden Optimist

While looking for a couple of pictures for Geno's cookbook, soon to be released, I found these and just had to post them. Three out of the 4 people were at the 2002 DEF rally. Connie is in the picture to add a little class! I went to get my camera and while I was gone, everyone put on a DEF tee shirt. I had to go back to get mine.

Now this is a picture featuring some historical artifacts. No, not the people, the shirts.

Geno and I drove over to Cape Canaveral to watch a shuttle launch. On the way back I had to stop to get a picture of this.

Here Connie is cooking up the fish that we caught just a few hours before. Boy, what great food!

The trip was so much fun that there is another in the works for this year. I have to go see Matt's and Connie's new boat and dog. It will be good to see the Geno again also.

The moral of this story is don't ever invite me! I tend to keep comming back! What you have to do to prevent that is to move and not tell me the new address.

I love that picture of Connie cooking the fish! I can taste it again. I ate waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than my share! It was tremendous!

Actually I was heading to Alpine for more beer. You can tell by the stressed out look on my face. I don't get it until all of the good beer is gone.
