:evil: Folks in Colorado are soooooo high right now they couldn't get past the donut store to get outta town :lol: to mine .The anti-mining cancer from the klamath spreads its' tenascious tentacles yet ever outward,even to panning for gods sake :x soooooo much ignorance at this time-John :mrgreen: and the greenie weenies a lovn' it sic sic sic :oops:

One should know the land status they are prospecting on.....PRIOR to prospecting.

i can see this creeping into other states (as it is doing right now)due to people not keeping a vigulant watch on their own state/county. but i agree, not knowing where you are and whats the rules can/will ruin it for all!
