NOAA Petition (Regarding Suction Dredging)

Postby CalGoldDredger » Sun Jan 30, 2011 2:03 pm

Here is a petition I just found that was filed on 1/27/2010 with the NOAA Fisheries Services. Has to do Chinook Salmon Spring Run on the Klamath River and listing them under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).

READ PAGE 38 AS TO WHAT IS BEING SAID ABOUT SUCTION DREDGING.

not a word of any comparison of what winter runoff and dredgeing look like! i guess they say dredgeing is the cause of every bad thing! sure would like to get that in front of a impartial judge/jurry if there is such a thing! show them some video of winter flood run off and dredgeing on a split screen and ask them ,what the **ll are they thinking when they say dredgeing is bad for the streams! they cant prove what they are claiming.
