100% absolutey completely correct once again, as always John. It's not what we do--or how we do it--it's the preconceived notions that the environutz are cramming down the kids in schools. Brainwashing is/has/always worked on the young and gullible. I have always participated in the Youth Leadership Programs(and 100's of others) for kids to spread the gospel(gold fever) on the most important industry there is --mining. BUT now greenie weenies have our time and spout the most insane garbage as the truth to the kids in SCHOOLS-elementary,JH and high. Closing all the mining depts(fed and state) and closing down all the mining museums too and supplanting insane glass bridges($26 mill+) and environutz museums($11 mil+) and brainwashing our kids with enviro bs-John

As usual OGM brings a great point...But we are now (edit: always have been) dealing with a situation where none of our "representatives" or judges or governor don't give a cr@p about standing law or anybody elses' rights, only what "they" (big enviro-fascist money) want.
Aside from that, though, does that mean that pre-sb670, an association was exempt from getting a CDF&G permit?

This is all clear as mud for me!
