yep ive been following this. the feds backed off but are still trying to find a way to do their dirty works!

no doubt!! it seems that this is spreading quickly from state to state. once one state gets something started the other states close by watch and wait, then they start the same thing since most of these wacoenviromentalist in the FS and othe agencies know eack other personnaly.
