A Call To Action

We are trying to pack the courtroom on November 5th at 8:30 AM Dept.4 in the Siskiyou County Courthouse in support of Derek Eimer and Dyton Guilliland.
I urge everyone that can possibly attend to do so, standing room only is the goal.

These two men are being prosecuted for illegal suction dredging by the State of California. The State has filed criminal charges against both men as well as confiscating their equipment.

Lets show these courageous men our support as well as send a message to the state that miners are not going to take the state's illegal actions lying down.

Agreed!! the California greenies are going to keep pushing at ANYTHING they can to keep their lies alive! and the gubermints money comeing in!
