8:2 Not A Good Return For Cal Dredgers

Postby CalGoldDredger » Tue May 17, 2011 12:38 pm

10,000 comments recieved by the CDFG but 8,000 were opposed to dredging. :(

Read it here, might just in fact be more BS & Lies. Any where you come upon Stopher's name, lies and deciet follow.

This doesn't look like it really matter any more when we're face with a trailer bill on the budget that will shut it all down forever.

Of those, he said, about 8,000 were form letter emails from people opposed to suction dredging.
These could have been sent by one or a few people with the time and energy to use any of the free email accounts on the web, they should carry no weight. I'll bet if they were pro dredger "form letter emails" the would have been ignored.

I am sure all the comments and EIR BS is all been stuffed in a closet, they don't want to deal with it anymore as it doesn't support what they ultimately want. They can't get their way so they are banking elsewhere, with the dirty politicians. :x :x

I am glad I have the forum to vent out and rant, its just so tiring, all the BS and their method is so unjust.

I need a vacation, is it time to go to AK yet.

Couldn't anyone see this coming? What rationale prevailed when the "New 49ers" requested CDFG to outlaw Karuk Tribal members from salmon fishing at their one remaining Tribal fishing site on the Klamath? The tribe admits they didn't want an ALL-BAN on all dredging. They merely responded to the whoopla the New 49ers were making. Thanks to the efforts of the New 49ers we all pay. One could blame The News 49ers for SB670, but where were the rest of us while they were shootin' at the Indians from the hip? I'll tell ya... either standing by watchin', or unwittingly down range in the line of fire.

I'm no tree-huggin', friend of Flipper, otter lovin', pine nut eatin', Sierra Club banner waivin', left wing environmentalist, but sheesh! What the heck did these guys (The New 49ers) think was going to happen when they started messing with Native Americans in Northern Kalifornee?!! Hasn't ANYTHING been learned since James Marshall picked that little nugget out of the creek?!! My gut says it's just possible the New 49ers and their $3,500 membership fee began to cloud the "fun" factor of their prospecting. I mean, "Mining the Miner" is one thing, we've all kept the retailers in business one way or another, but taking on the American Indians on behalf of all who enjoy washing rocks was way out of line.

Just my 2 cents...

p.s., I just wrote my Congressman to voice my opposition to the rider on the budget to extend the moratorium.

:D - Glad to see I'm not the only one that sees it that way and has the balls to step forward and tell folks how it is.

Ahhh...he will get his, not thinking that folks will pay that $3500 just to dredge the Rogue Recreation Area open to the public no membership required, duh!!!!
If I was a Oregon miner, I would watch my backside, the 49ers will move in and claim everyting for themselves and they don't play fair as history has proven.
Then they will proceed to spoil it for the rest, oh, thats right they already started that up there. "Fantastic"

Real world is this, the 49ers got squeezed out by Jerry Hobbs and PPL who had zero experience in politics and the wrong experience in the law. One bad choice after another and look were the end game led to. Not even a peep out of anyone. ROKONRANDY

just how did Jerry Hobbs and PLP squeeze out the 49ers? and id say Jerry Hobbs and PLP have more legal knowledge and experince than 99% of the people out there running their mouth and cant back up what theyre saying! and thats why they hired a lawyer to do the legal things that have been forced on us! Randy we all know whats going on all over the west coast.if you cant backup what youve stated, dont keep posting this! it only going to start a problem! stateing facts and the truth (verified) is one thing but ranting dont cut it,and it dont get us anywhere!!
