Other types of Stress relief

Well I don't know about everyone else BUt ive been going through the stuff in my shop (detached garage) and have been sorting out things I have saved/moved over the years and now im pitching it. half of it is in the trash and ive been wondering why ive kept it for so long. PACK RAT comes to mind! a lot of the "other stuff" is ending up on craigslist or I dump it into the trash if it don't sell!
