I think everyone went out dredging and left you & I behind in ! I go in for my left knee replacement December 12 and I'll be out running most F.O.G.'s if they still tripping ole guy's!

I've been watering the place the last 3 days and been on my feet a lot more than normal. I just rubbed in some Ben Jay on both my knees.

Been a hot tub fanatic all my life but plantar fasciatis ended all that. Lets see comfort arthritis and sore muscles or try to walk in agony, gettn' old sucks-John
