RIVER CLEAN UP

Just a reminder, we miners always get the Blame for leaving a Dirty Camp area.
Well in 2004 we did a pick up of the Junk in the camp grounds & along the road
side of the Similkameen river. We gathered 2 Dump Truck loads, the Okanogan P.U.D.
paid for the dumping fee. You can see in this photo one of many, is was not junk
from the miners.

That was one of the main things I asked of the Gateway Gold Prospector's of Misery when we went out as a group ! I also did the same when I went out and always brought home a sack of trash ! A SALUTE TO your efforts !
