R & R in Colorado

Postby russau » Sun Jun 11, 2017 3:16 am

Well it looks like we are finally going to hit the road in our (new to me) travel trailer and head out to Estes Park Colorado . Ill have to do some research on where to stay with the Trailer BUT the wife has given the big O.K. to go! R&R is the agenda , no dredge or equipment this time. Well maybe my pan and classifier. :o

At least you will be free from your daily gunshots for a while.

Well this trio got cancelled due to the heat and rain between Misery and Colorado. We wanted to take a slow drive to Colorado and do some sight seeing as we traveled BUT with 95+ heat and sever storms I thought it would be a smart thing to pass for now and think about it when the temp drops cooler. I've always taken a beating in western KS. with the heat by myself or a co-driver BUT with my wife and dog , I don't want to risk it.
