Everything points to it getting harder and harder and more expensive to get a claim. The red tape is gonna get more difficult to get past and more regulations will be coming as well.
If you have a claim, make sure you have all your paperwork in on time and fees paid on time. You don't want to run any risk of losing it, because you may not get it back once it's gone.

but if you dont get your own claim now, where are you going to dredge when the stuff hits the fan.its gettting harder and harder to find a place to dredge.

could be the wave of the future! if gold keeps rising (bad ecconomy) then you might need to have armed gaurds with radios near(and in some cases,more armed gaurds) you to protect your possetions/gold/lives. you just dont know whos going to come walking into your camp while your underwater dredgeing! atleast having a pistol will give you a chance to defend yourself in time of need!
