Selling Prospecting and Camping equipment

Postby h20prospector » Thu Apr 19, 2018 10:38 am

Due to health reasons, I'm selling all my prospecting and camping gear. No detectors, dredges, high bankers, dry washers, or sluices though. Misc pans and classifiers, and panning tubs. Miscellaneous hand tools for prospecting. Prospecting books and maps too numerous to list each title. 8 person Coleman tent (used once) and rain fly $80. 2-3 person Coleman tent $25. Camp fire grill (free), porta potty, and GPS . For more information, PM me.

Another one of us getting too old to do what we used to. I had a good run at it for quite a while though and don't feel bad about having to find less strenuous hobbies. I'm just thankful for the great years, the great people, and the time I had.

All the places with easy access are gone now and the FOG's just can't get to the gold bearing places now. I don't see that changing either. Too bad that it has come to this but you have to recognize what is really happening in your life.

Pat after thinking about it ,why don't you donate it to a gpaa club and get a receipt for it through their 501(c) not for profit ?? then deduct that amount off your tax's for that year..... If you haven't gotten rid of it already!
