riffle/sluice wanted

Postby rick » Sun Feb 20, 2011 3:10 pm

Am looking for the riffle or sluice for a Keene 3"

Only need the riffles but will take both if the price is right.

Measurements must be at least 48" long (could be longer) and 14" wide

I have a new (unused), Keene Ultra-3 3" dredge sluice complete, including jet flare and powerjet. Also includes new Miracle Mat replacing ribbed rubber. Price is $400 in Seattle area FOB.

I've looked at this post a half a dozen times trying to figure out whatz wrong??? Looked in my file a keene catalogs back to 85 and keene NEVER made a 3"dredge 14 5/8" wide --maybe thats why no help with parts--mis measured or outside dimensions when inside is the determining measurement. Jus' trying to help shed a mita a light on your problem-John --PS UNGODLY GREAT DEAL THROUGH LIBERTY DAVE AS PRICE IS RIGHTEOUS :D :D :D :D :D

The only 3" sluice box I could find in their catalog at the top of page 31 is "SB3F 3” 40” 14” 20 lbs. 70 lbs. 3400-360"....so it would be a 14" X 40" sluice box for a 3".

Late to reply on earlier post. Sorry!!!! We had a booth at the WA Gold Show this weekend and just returned home.

Also I don't have a picture of this sluice unit but it is the same as Keene's newly updated Ultra-3 dredge unit. Box is 48" by 14" and complete with jet flare, powerjet with new style quick coupler and 'Miracle Mat'. Never been used. Price is firm at $400 and buyer needs to pick up here in Seattle, WA area.

Ou company email is liberty.resources@comcast.net if you want to contact me. Thank you.

OPPS!!!!! I went out to our shop and measured the sluice.....and the sluice is the new 40 INCH LENGTH model replacing the older 48 inch box. Sorry!!! I should know this since it is the preproduction model. If mounted on new Keene Ultra floats it will fit in back of mini truck.

Hi John,

This sluice was the prototype of the new, shorter 2010 Ultra-3 unit that Keene now sells. It's been laying around our shop for a year and for lack of space it is time to reduce our inventory of equipment parts and pieces at sale prices. Thanks for your comment. If someone is upgrading their older 3" dredge this will make a nice improvement at a great price.

Regards, Liberty Dave
