I have been scooping up deals like this for the last year or so, stockpiling and replenishing my hoard.

Older dredge models. But that is definitely sad. Getting out while they can. Probably gonna get worse!!

The sad thing here is I have claims that will pay for that $700 4" dredge in a couple hours, now I can't work it unless I want to do so as an outlaw. I have no problem breaking this biased unfair BS law.
I am NOT suggesting or recommending it to just anyone though.

Just thought that these would be perfect for someone wanting to dredge in Cal but didn't want to take the chance of loosing their brand new dredge to confiscation.
Doubt it would ever come to confiscation unless it was easy-convient for them to haul it off and the problem is they have to discover where your workng first.
You would have to really tick them off to take it to the point of confiscation and the full fine with jail time (No that ain't why they are empting the prisons).
Just a deterent for the folks afraid and are willing to abide by their BS. (I don't fall it that category)

Heard that they are awful thin on resources nowadays.

Hmmmm....... a few hundred dollar citation.........whole bunch of gold @ $1500+/Oz......... choices one should never have to make.

Its gonna rapidly get to the point where ya gotta break their blasted laws just to feed your family. Then they can bust ya, toss your butt in the klink, and all the kiddies have to go on welfare. Seems like they continue to penalize the man who wants to work for his living. I, for one, have had more than enough!
