Not legally in that theatre. The mall is a "gun free zone"! Might be why he went there. What we need is a few lawsuits where these zones exist. If they won't let me protect myself, it' should be their responsibility to do it. If they can't, they should be liable.

i got to say watching the news to day not one on the panel used the words ban guns. restricting the number you can own, restrict the number of bullets you can buy. restricting the number of magazines you can own. restricting the number of bullets a gun can hold. taxing the bullets you buy was also used but not one single person wanted to ban them.

sounds a bit like dredging. no one wanted to ban it just make it harder to get in the water.

AHMEN GS!! also,if you have a CCW permit and are carrying, how would anyone know that your carrying a peice if you were to enter one of these "zones"?? theres only 1 way to help protect yourself,and i dont mean hide/bury yourself in a cave!if its not loaded and on your person,what good is it!
