DFG lawsuit Hearing

Hello friends, fellow miners and dredgers.
Friday I met with David Young, the attorney hired by Public Lands for the People to defend the right of the People of the State of California to exercise their right to dredge in California waterways. Teamed up with Jerry Hobbs and PLP, he has made excellent progress in helping miners regain their right to mine. He asked to please, please show up at the hearing next week and bring as many miners as possible to show Judge Alvarez that there are many local, Southern CA miners affected by the illegal dredge ban. There is a CRITICAL hearing this coming Friday, Aug. 3rd at 10 AM (not 8:30 as originally announced) in which the Judge may decide to hear all six cases together, here in San Bernardino County, instead of Alameda County which would likely garner the miners a much more fair and unbiased venue. The number of miners showing up in support of PLP will have a tremendous impact. The judge will see how serious we are about saving dredging rights in CA and hopefully decide to hear the cases here locally.

Please forward this to everyone you know that is interested in saving our FREEDOMS, even if they aren't a miner this will affect all of us. Once they are successful stopping mining using these underhanded tactics, they will start on the next group (they have already begun to tighten the noose of fishing rights).

Another case of closing the barn door after the horse is stolen. How much more money do you want THIS TIME???? Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!!! (Which is exactly how much you'll get from me and mine!!!) The polite way to say this??? Please stop mining the miners. It's all over, it's done, goodbye!

not neccesarily so! maybe in your kneck of the woods but not with everyone else!PLP isnt just fighting the Cali battle, they are fighting for many other states that need and want PLPs help!if you dont want to fight for your rights, thats your right! theres many, infact most small scale miners all over the country have the same attitude and thats their right also! like i said, if you dont fight for your rights, youve already lost them,but let the people that still want to fight for their rights do so and dont get in their way!its not costing you one red dime! you have nothing to lose anymore,right? hmmm? seems someone deleted their message before i got this one up.....
