It was a good read. It wasn't boring. Best of all, it didn't contain unnecessary language. Loved the
NOT GUILTY finding!
The document showed the forest service ranger, and forest service asserted his/its authority while not fully knowing and understanding the regulation he/they thought was being enforced. It further shows the District Ranger didn't know what she was talking about when she signed letters. Lastly, the magistrate demonstrated the regulation was vague. It shows how ambiguous government regulation are, and it wasn't broken based on the intent of a small scale miner/prospector. It shows prospectors/miners do rational & reasonable things.
