TCFIFER, thanks for the suggestion, but alcohol is absolutely verboten. which makes me a bit sad, because I was going to set up a small still in my backyard to make some home brew corn liquor. Oh well... next life maybe.

I got my copy of your cookbook today, my wife has had her nose buried in it since I showed it to her!!
It got here really fast!!
It looked great what little I got to look through it before the wife commandeered it!!
