It's ok to cram dozens and dozens of mercury filled glass light bulbs in your home,place of work,and EVERYWHERE but damn them dredgers for what we may do,which is impossible according to the EPA as we remove contaminents...so much bs-John

In all seriousness, based on the letter by the Water Quality official, the most potent deadly poison infecting the waterways of California and other states is the ignorance and self serving agendas of those serving in seats of power. Their apparent lack of knowledge or inability to accept science as it is, and not how they want or need it to be, places the people of California in a precarious position. The distortions, falsehoods, and projecting fear, based on simple math, that would have one failing the first grade, is not serving to improve or maintain water quality but creates the potential to harm the very people they have been hired to serve.
Throwing a liquid on a fire to put it out is a good idea and is sound in it's thinking. It could be argued that it is based on practical science. But if the person in charge refuses to accept that not all fires or liquids are the same, then disaster is sure to follow, with results that are possibly worse than the fire itself!!!

John, don't forget mercury in your teeth and vaccines. It's ok to ingest it into your body by mandatory vaccines, but (god forbid) allow it to be in the environment in sub-micron particles (neutralized by Selenium in the soil) and it is time to shut down a whole industry.

That letter wasn't unexpected. We knew it was coming, eventually. At this point, nothing surprises me.

AND these waco groups raise large amounts of money from sueing the gubermint(us American tax payers) and by their emails to the general piblic into donateing (tax free) to their cause.this year ive seen a flood of their activeitys across our Land! and its getting worse. the dems are allowing the wacos to almost dictate what our gubermint is pushing and will continue todo so untill the next election! if the dems get in again, itll be their finnal ring to grab! REMEBER what Nikita Kruscheve, the long gone Russian ruler said, that they would take over our Country without fireing a shot! think about it! look whos leading the world enviromental groups in Europe. the old Russian premier Gorbacov(sp).....you think they/he got something todo with running our great Country into the hole. and look who we have to defend our country,obama , need i say more!
