i wonder can you get a state wide esa. that would be a lot of cash but if every miner and mine shop, pitched in a few bucks. did all the studys, then sent it in to the state. after the esa is done every one with a buck in it sue the state and who ever put up that silly law.
save a tree, eat a squirrel.

The 1872 mining law was just put under the ESA.

The forest service will declare critical habitat in western states to close suction mining. Idaho Wyoming etc. any states covered by the 9th circus decision.

Pat yes it IS still our land! just cause some silly wacoenviromentalists controll what our gubermint socalled "representatives" say and do ,dont make it right! itll come to a head sooner or later!
