The New 49er's have filed an injunction on the rule changes to define a dredge and have made a small victory, from what I have heard you can suction mine till the next hearing on the 28th of July.

You cannot suction dredge. This ruling only applies to gravel transfer systems. It was also stipulated apply to Siskiyou County only in the judges ruling.
