We used to call them "mules", new to gold mining and interested in the enterprise...the best workers were young, dumb and honest...and trainable. Suggest you look for a couple of "mules" and for incentive, offer each a 1% bonus for finding gold. Good luck.

The person you seek is here... we know how to keep our mouth shut, watch for 'creepers', and work pretty steady. Problem is we're all too old & beat down to hump the heavies around the mountains!
Wish you luck in your search.

Thanks guys ! The good part is I/we can expand and sample parts of the claim, Debb and I have wanted to for years , but had to keep digging where we found the paying amounts to keep bills paid. I have signed my life away and sworn to the brewhouse and operations! Hoser that does mean more beers ( in 6 months) in the redding area! Locked and loaded! We can now explore so many more areas of our claim and not worry about the funds! You guys have no idea how much I cant wait to sample areas and relax to the sounds of water and gravel and not worry about the cleanup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will tell more about the brewery in person to most of you, but 10 years as brewmaster just paid off!

:D YAAAAAAAA FRIGGN' HOOOOOO BUD-you have sure busted your arse for years man and FANTASTIC  to hear a Skunkman has finally got his just rewards. Brew in Redding too?? Sounds cool to me and bring it on as nuttn' I like better than new brews too. I'm trying to get a hold of a young'n I know off-tough as nails, works like on meth(but does no drugs) and meaner than 10 junkyard dogs as blackbelt at 11 as Pops had a dojo. He loves to drink rattlesnake blood for it's chee.. He's back in town from Vegas and will get ahold asap as mined with me on many ops, drove by his house yesterday and left note-John 8-)
