Drought affects Critter habitat

Postby Hoser John » Thu Jul 24, 2014 5:57 am

I've has some claims that I've wiped out all the rattlers by stocking with 3 other kinds a snakes for over 20+ years. Now all the critters have come to the creeks to try and survuve. This past heat wave 105-118 for over a month pushed them ALL down to the creeks which are at their historic lows. We just came off our worst water year in recorded history. BE CAREFUL around water as ungodly concentration of every critter imagineable. Slither, crawl, fang, tooth, fox, coyote, bobcats, cougars, bears all there where there were next to none never. Ya'all be careful out there-John :?
