I need some help on the slow issue

If a few of you could run this http://internetsupervision.com/ and post a screen capture of your results. If I can't get some of yours, all they will say is it's my computer or the network from my location. Make sure you use http://golddredger.com/forum as the link. The site is fine. It's the forum thats bad. After I get a few I'll send them the link to this thread:

I have checked the forum page at: http://golddredger.com/forum its loading fine without any much delay. Also, I have checked in one of the Web site Monitoring service Web site http://internetsupervision.com/ , the performance of the Web site is fine here. Could you please check it from your end?

Edit: Leonard, the time from clicking "reply" to getting the "reply" box was 75 seconds.
The time from clicking "submit" to me seeing the post was 342 seconds.

I don't know how to do a screen shot, but I ran your URL on the link you provided, and all the connections were a shade over 3.5 seconds. I have some internal problems that slows down my time connecting with your forum, but I can live with it.
