Any surgeries in the mouth is no fun, fortunately the mouth heals quicker than other areas of the body.

I'm sure GO could offer some advise on 'medications'.
Go find some of them good ole wild turkeys.
You can find them in convenient pour bottles now days.

Actually John and I are kind of off the stuff. I don't feel funny anymore but the wife, cardiologist, and most of the people I used to drunk call are happier.
