Well I hope everyone has a wonderfull safe Thanksgiveing with their family. time to sit back after a wonderfull dinner and think of all the good things that have come our way!

I'll second that Russ and I'm already planning the turkey day meal. I'm going to smoke our turkey with apple wood and hickory. Mmmmmmmy mouth is watering already. Drive safe and enjoy the day with family.

Turkey defrosting now and all the goodies bought. BUT best thing is RAIN and SNOW on the agenda. We are at less than a 1/3 of normal already so get it on Mother Nature...Hope ya'all have a goodn'-John

Well the day has come and the bird is ready for the oven. I hope that I wont "snack" to much before the bird is done! Or after in the evening! WHEW that's going to be a lot of eating!
