I'll work on it again. If I didn't have the old forum here I'd move to a new web host and hopefully get one that could give a little consistency. To do that, we'd loose all of the old forum as I don't trust that I could move it and get it operating again and there isn't any help available from the software people that developed it any more.

Next year I may have the time to write a programming interface to allow importing the old forum into the new one. Then we can look for a new home if this one doesn't improve.

If it's a matter of paying more to get more, I'll be more than happy to pony up for the "cause".

My fear is that the irratic behavior of this site will end up driving good customers away. What you have here is too dammed valuable to let that happen!

Shame on your web hosts for bending you over like this!!

It's mainly an issue of not wanting to lose the 8 years of the old forum.

It was painfully slow yesterday, but it is as fast it could be today, I don't understand why even with a shared server that the site is being so inconsistent, it is enough to drive ya crazy!!

But I agree with Russ, when it's slow here I just open another tab and browse other sites while this site loads, I ain't going anywhere!!

My problem with getting it fixed is it is so inconsistent. This post it is fast. A while ago it was agonizingly slow. I really don't want to change hosts until I can include the old forum with it. Hopefully, I can try to keep this site okay enough until next year when I have time to figure out how to get the old forum importable to the new forum. I really like this software. I'd like to stick with it.
