This is one of them groups of miners, tit would be way too much shoveling.

It's getting interesting now.
"They" (got this from their President) claim they got "film" that shows me "illegal" mining my claim.
They seem to think they can intimidate me, so I won't pursue legal action against them.

Sofar they been lying and fabricating and now trying to intimidate me in to not suing them.

And just let them walk away with the gold they stole.

That won't happen.

Well, it's starting to roll now, contacted the El Dorado Sheriff's office they are investigating and got a case number.

It really pissed me off, that some group comes in destroys me claim sign and monument then puts up their own, and authorizes their members to mine my claim.
Specially after they are now acting like they didn't do anything wrong and I'm the one that is causing problems.
What is really the kicker in the whole situation is that they are an organization that supposedly advocates for miners rights, they call themselves the AMRA (American Miners Rights Association), they're a bunch of Claim jumpers that's all they are.

They left a big mess and I want to make sure that I am not held responsible for any of the damage they caused, it is the National Forrest after all, Plus the bastards walked off with my gold.

Sorry to say this BUT , you know whos going to get blamed / held accountable for it from the gubermint people ! You being the claim holder will be the easiest person to be nailed for it! BUT after the fact ,video cameras and or trail cameras might help in pointing the finger at the responsible group!

Got pictures and video. and E-mail where they admit to mining my claim. They behave more like thugs then miners advocates.
